He talks about how building a great team and leadership and teamwork through communication and processes, starting with Risk Assessment through to planning and execution, all while making it look good.
He is a Sailing and Risk professional, having spent many years in war zones across the world, assessing the risks and having a plan for every situation. Now with his organization The Ministry of Sailing, he is bringing this expertise to the fore and sharing it with all of you sailors, racers and cruisers alike.
